No I've not started a typing course but couldn't resist this 1960s Brother De Luxe  typewriter, bought from the local charity shop. I love the duck egg blue colour and I'm glad it still has its case, am thinking of a future project and this is ideal for what I need.....

I think this is the most unusual T-pot I have ever seen! I found this in a Cornwall car boot sale a few weeks ago and fell in love! The research I've found so far is that it could be Capodimonte - Italian. The workman ship is exquisite!
I had a great time with my buddie Jo in her home town of Minehead Somerset over the weekend. I came across the vintage wicker Ottoman on a car boot trip, along with the display body and mahogany Octagonal side table. Think I'll be getting my paint brush out and doing something fab! :)

These beautiful vintage Spanish fans are some of my favourite finds in Minehead!

After a weekend visit to my friends house in Minehead, Somerset, she kindly gave me these vintage 1930s childs playing cards. I havn't seen anything like these before and they are so adorable!

Most of the women pictured in these 19th and early 20th century Vintage French Postcards were burlesque dancers, models and "ladies of the night".

The famous Czech comedian film actress Anny Ondra. 1903 - 1987, died aged 83. I picked up these postcards today in town.

I picked up these gorgeous 1910/20s French postcards of fair maidens. I love the way they have hand tinted to them to brighten them up. :)

OK, my lovely neighbour just happened to have this Stunning Blue Velvet 60s dress, which she was going to flog on ebay, or cut up and use the material for a craft project! Quite a lot of emotions ran through me at that time, Aggression - first I swore at her, Shock - the shock on my face said it all,  and  Nervousness - when you start blabbering on and repeating yourself when your still in the shock mode! I'm a size 10 and it fits me from the waist down but will need someone with a smaller bust for it to fit properly. (after apologising for my bad language, which isn't very lady like) I said I would look into it in more detail and possibly find someone who would know more about it and sell it for her. If anyone is interested please let me know :))   SOLD

An inspired stall by the elegant and cheerful Lynne James at 'Molly May' who is a designer of knitwear and accessories where the past is always present. Contact Lynne at: lynnejames22@yahoo.co.uk The personalities of both Lynne and Delia made it memorable for all xx
I've met Jill at nicedayatrosies.blogspot.com a couple of times and am always in awe of her stall design. She gets it so right and you want to gaze at it for ages! My niece bought some charming table clothes and fabric for her wedding table designs from this stall, I know it's going to look wonderful! Plus my partner Andy always loves a good chat and a laugh with her husband too.
This is Nicky Heal's Flower Studio based at Foundry Road, Riverside Place, Taunton, Somerset. He was so impressive with what he could do with twinning foliage to make flowers, his bouquets were exquisite too!
